At Star Hollow Candle Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the unlit candles in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
